  • There were 1,527 properties newly listed in February
    • An increase of 7.3 % compared to February 2015, but
    • 9.8 % lower than the 10-year average
Average Sale Price (detached homes) and Days on Market (DOM)
  • Burlington (excludes District 38)
    • Average Sale Price   $601,265 (New record for Burlington!!!)
    • Average Days on Market   30 days  (2015 – 35)
  • Waterdown
    • Average Sale Price  $558,824
    • Average Days on Market   34 days (2015 – 28)
